I had them move 2 outside AC units from sitting on the balcony to brackets on the wall (to facilitate a balcony replacement). It was basically an uninstallation and a réinstallation. This is a busy time of year but they responded quickly and gave me an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. The technicians communicated well and when I pointed out a problem, they figured out a way to correct it. The price is not cheap but the quality is very good.
