The technician Shan went out of his way to clean my unit because of the heatwave. Under normal circumstances this would have been a second appointment. They are very good, polite , very friendly, very nice. Shann did a fantastic job with the crew. When no one could of installed, Shann, Justin and Cory worked their magic to help me out, considering I run a daycare and it was very hot in June when my hvac system went down. Justin advised me that the contactor also showed signs of pitting and blackened terminals. He advised me up front, the cost to change each item, so each was replaced.
