Best place I have found in Elkhart while traveling for work. Really solid beer choices and great food.

Fabulous dining experience. Limoncello martini, Pomegranate martini, Panama Punch & Chubby Margaritas were very good...all drinks packed quite a punch...my sister & I probably should have shared our 2nd drink.
Lol. Appetizers...bruschetta & crab pepper bisque. We enjoyed the bruschetta but the bisque was phenomenal! Entrees...Salmon salad, The Chubby Trout & Mahi Mahi...all were delicious but our favorite was definitely the trout...it was perfectly cooked & the flavor was delicious! Dessert...tempura cheesecake & peanut butter pie, both were excellent but my favorite was the peanut butter pie. We wanted to try the sushi but there was a hour wait. We are already planning on coming back another time for that…it looked delicious!
This restaurant has been on my list of places to try for a while now...so glad we finally came.

Best mojito I've had since moving up north. The sushi was great us well, I love that they have the classic sushi bar up front. Though we didn't get the chance to try it, we could smell some mouth-watering prime rib coming out of the oven in the back. My only complaint is that I wish they had saké for the sushi.

Our server Kirky, was amazing, sweet, attentive and made so many amazing recommendations.

Our favorites were the calamari fingers, sushi rolls, chubby trout, fried lake perch, smoked prime rib and lemon poppy seed cake was so good.

Had a great dinner at the Chubby Trout while staying in Elkhart, IN for a few days. It was recommended by the front desk person at our hotel. My wife had the Walleye and I had the Lake Perch. Our server suggested the carrot cake for dessert and it was delicious. We’ll be back when we’re in the area.

We went there for dinner with 13 families. The staff was fantastic and so accommodating for our large group. From the appetizers to the delicious sushi rolls and large mouthwatering desserts we give this an A+ !!

Traveling thru town, they had a nice patio and great food!

The sushi is always a delight. Went with the shrimp tacos this time around and they were massive. The carrot cake is some of the best ive ever had.

Chef Gil Roll is a non-negotiable! So amazing, great flavors, good place to eat. The pepper crab bisque was savory and perfectly spiced.
