It was a bittersweet experience because I had a property that had been owned by my family 90 years. The house needed repairs we couldn’t afford so we sold to Chris. He did an amazing rebuild. It is a beautiful larger home on a gorgeous lot. I wish I could have stayed there. I wish I would have required more money to purchase my land.
