It was a bittersweet experience because I had a property that had been owned by my family 90 years. The house needed repairs we couldn’t afford so we sold to Chris. He did an amazing rebuild. It is a beautiful larger home on a gorgeous lot. I wish I could have stayed there. I wish I would have required more money to purchase my land. Chris was good to work with but I sold for too little and have been told so many times by realtors, investors and others. So it’s bittersweet. He built a beautiful home where a small home had been.

Chris is a fair and honest investor. He also has a good eye for what your property 'Can Be.' Chris purchased my mother-in-law' house from the state and created a beautiful home for a new fa.ily. He also did the sa.e for my sister and was fair with her to all dealings and was very open on both to allow us to See what he was doing to remodel for resale.
