Children's Lighthouse Valley Parkway

We drive 30 minutes out of our way just to take our children to this location. My oldest went here for 6 years and my youngest has been here for a year. Their owners and staff are just exceptional! They listen when you have questions or concerns and are always open to your needs as a parent, the needs of the children, and several teachers have helped me with suggestions when I asked them about meeting milestones and getting them where they needed to be developmentally. They are helpful, so kind, and so loving. I sincerely could not ask for a better place or better people to help care for our children! Read more >

My baby girl has been there since she was 6 weeks old and is now 3! The teachers have always shown her unmatchable love and she has grown so much with her lighthouse family!

My daughter is now 5 and heading off to kindergarten! Being here pretty much her entire life has been such a huge blessing! The care that I have received here at lighthouse will be greatly missed! But don’t worry, we’ll be doing the afterschool program now 😁

I now have my son here in the infant room and my daughter in the afterschool program. I’ve never been more at ease and ready to have a second child now starting from room 1! I absolutely love this place! I was referred by a coworker and after touring I didn’t need to look anywhere elsewhere. My son is taking his time to adjust but I know he loves the daycare and talks to everyone. I’ve had both my little ones here for a year now and I absolutely love it! I was a stay at home mom for two years and finally built up the confidence to find a daycare/school for my babies. As I pulled in to the parking lot I immediately noticed all the cameras outside and already started taking notes on what I loved. When walking in Nicolle (assistant director) gave me the walk through and she is the main reason I fell in love with the school. Just her positive energy and feeling so welcomed was truly the best. Wonderful teachers and staff. Kind, understanding, and super sweet, our son is 2 1/2 and he lovesssss it here. The playground is amazing and they even have a splash pad for the summers ! They keep us updated on the meals he has, how much he ate, when he slept, how much he slept, diaper changes, accidents, and everything. We don’t worry about him in school, he is well mannered, he learns sooo much, and he loves it. They also have live camera just incase you ever want to check up on your child. Our son loves it here, it’s clean, the playground is nice and we love that it separates the big kids from the little kids. It’s clean. The teachers are wonderful. Our son learns so much and comes home and teaches us. He is well mannered as the teachers taught him. We have been at Children's Lighthouse Lewisville since June 2023 with our first born. I've taken too long to write this review because I haven't known how to put into words how wonderful this place and these people are and what it means to us. Our son had failure to thrive and had very special feeding needs as an infant. As first time parents also coping with medical and growth issues, we were terrified when It came time for me to go back to work. It was 100% God's work in bringing us here literally the day before I was supposed to go back. Our two children have been going to Children's Lighthouse for over five years combined. The daycare owners as well as the administration are wonderful people and truly care for our children and will always take time to address any concerns we have. The school is clean and welcoming. We know our children will be safe, loved and cared for during the day by the teachers. We feel that they have gone above and beyond to maintain the school, have proper equipment, maintain safety protocols, train staff, and create school and community events.

Our two sons (age 3 and 1) enrolled at Children’s Lighthouse in April and their experience has been overwhelming positive. My husband and I have overall been so pleased with the care they receive. Both of my boys enjoy going to school and I feel confident that they are in good hands. Love the teachers, the support staff, the facilities, the summer splash pad, the live video feed, the curriculum, the special programs/events that are held for families, and options for parents night out, etc. But most importantly, I can sincerely tell that the teachers love our kids and enjoy their jobs. Our son has been at CLH since he was 18m and is currently 4y. He has progressed through several classrooms and must admit, experienenced a bit of a rollercoaster ride. We LOVED CLH, the teachers and staff! My son loved his teachers and environment, room after room... until he didn't. There was a sudden shift in our experience where our bright, happy, funny kiddo was not himself anymore. He dreaded going to school, had constant incident reports on behavioral issues, and saw an alarming rate of teacher turnover. However, I am thrilled things positively changed and reverted back to the CLH we loved from the beginning. The quality of loving, caring, and dedicated teachers is back and my son is thriving!
