Children's Lighthouse of Potranco

We have had a wonderful experience with this daycare and highly recommend it to other families. One of my favorite features is the live camera access, which provides peace of mind and allows parents to check in throughout the day. The parent portal is easy to use and makes communication with teachers and the front office simple and convenient.

The staff does an excellent job keeping parents informed about upcoming events, themed dress-up days, and important updates. They also host fun family events throughout the year that help create a strong sense of community and give parents opportunities to be involved.

The teachers are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children. It is clear that they love what they do, and my son looks forward to going each day. I also appreciate that the school follows a structured curriculum with intentional learning...

I love this daycare and was so sad when we had to leave. The staff get to know both your child and your family members. They have cameras in each room this way you can monitor your child. The staff communicate everything through their app or through a phone call. If you have any questions or concerns they address it with you right away. They will even try to meet you in the middle. Furthermore, they are always welcoming whenever you come in and take safety as their top priority. For example not only do they have the cameras. But they also give you need a code to get into the building or gated area. If someone other then the parent picks up the child that person has to be on a approved list created by the parent and show their ID.

My daughter has been attending this daycare since 5months old and she has progressed so much.. the teachers are super amazing and very communicative and sends daily picture updates… the facility always smells really fresh and is kept very clean… I love the additional incentives they offer like “parents night out” for example…. I also appreciate that they have cameras in each classroom that parents have access to; I truly enjoy tapping in throughout the day to see what my baby girl is up to… as a first time parent, I was really nervous about sending my baby to daycare but I truly trust these providers and they seem to form true connections with these children (I’ve already recommended 3 people to this daycare and I can’t wait to recommend more because I love it that much!!!)

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare and the amazing people who make it feel like a second home for our son, AJ. From Room 4 all the way to Room 7, every teacher he has had has been kind, caring, and supportive, and we are so grateful for the love they show the children every single day.

A very special thank you to Miss Megan, Miss Yareli, Miss Whitney, and Miss Gaby from Room 6 — they truly stole our son’s heart. You can genuinely see the patience, dedication, and vocation they have for working with children. AJ absolutely adores them, and as parents, there is nothing more comforting than knowing your child feels loved, safe, and happy when they are away from home.

I love the Children’s Lighthouse! My toddler has been there for 5 months, and they love it. The staff is very friendly, has great communication, and my daughter gets home looking better than how she did when I dropped her off! It’s rare to be able to say that. My daughter loves going to daycare, and she’s learning so much! I wouldn’t want my daughter anywhere else!

An awesome experience with Children’s Lighthouse on Potranco! It has been so great that we’re only moving from Potranco to another children’s lighthouse. They have ALWAYS answered the phone when we call. They have ALWAYS provided timely answers and remained professional during our three years with them on Potranco. The providers are very personable and relate to us as parents. Absolutely recommend 10/10!

We’ve seen a remarkable improvement in our child’s development since joining this daycare, and we are so glad we chose it. The program is well-organized, goal-oriented, and the staff are always prompt with follow-ups whenever incidents arise. My youngest daughter has been there almost a year, and she LOVES it and so do I! She has transitioned smoothly through 3 classrooms (based on age and skill sets) and EVERY SINGLE ONE of her teachers have been fantastic. They're great with communicating and give lots of daily updates and pictures. I wish I would have been able to send my other kiddos here before they started Kindergarten. My only "complaint" is the waiting list time, BUT given how amazing the school is, it's well worth it if you can get away with it. (I would suggest filling out paperwork before your kiddo is even born haha).

My Daughter has been at The Children's Lighthouse Summer Camp for the past 3 years. I wanted somewhere were she would be active and continue to learn throughout the summer and not be stagnant. We made a great choice by enrolling her. She is excited to go in the mornings, she loves the staff, all the activities and field trips. She comes home excited to tell me what she did and what she has learned. We have had a great experience with them. I recommend them to everyone. Can't wait till next Summer.

It’s been an incredible journey for our family at The Children’s Lighthouse since 2019 as we continue for a few more years! From the staff upfront to the teachers and cafeteria lady, they offer exceptional service and respect to us parents, but most importantly to our children. My son started on January 6 and in less than a month, he already knows how to write his own name, counts more numbers than he did before, knows all his ABC's and has shown great improvement in so little time. I highly recommend The Children's Lighthouse on Potranco. You will not go wrong in bringing your child here. Keep up the great work staff!!
