Children's Lighthouse of Lake Houston

My daughter has attended Children’s Lighthouse since they opened in 2018. In four years I’ve had zero complaints. The staff handles every situation with professionalism (even in a pandemic!) They are always smiling, friendly, energetic, and helpful. Most importantly, my daughter is always happy to be there. I am grateful to them for the exceptional care they’ve given us over the last four years!

We are so happy we joined the Children’s Lighthouse Lake Houston family about 2.5 years ago! The entire staff is so thoughtful, caring, and makes you feel so welcomed everyone you step a foot inside. Our daughter is gaining so much knowledge and expanding her vocabulary day by day due to their incredible curriculum and teaching methods. I recommend everyone here.

Children’s Lighthouse is spectacular! From the staff, owners, curriculum and events. Ms. Kelly the owner knows parents and students by first name, this is something that is so valuable as she sees you more than just another kid in daycare. She is always willing to jump into character for events and the kids love her. My son has attended Lighthouse since he was 4 months and is a few days shy of 2. He knows some numbers, letters, colors and shapes. As an Assistant Principal, curriculum is very important and Lighthouse has exceeded my crazy expectations. Ms. Trameka and Ms. Shanna are heaven sent, they just get it! Ms. Rebecca is phenomenal! Please, please, please know this place is amazing. I highly recommend this child care facility!

Children’s Lighthouse has been such a great experience for our children. Two attend after school care at CLLH and our daughter attends full time in a toddler class but has been attending since she was an infant. We very much appreciate CLLH’s efforts to extend after school care to our older son who is in his first year of middle school when it has been difficult to find quality childcare for him and address his needs. We will always be grateful to the staff for all the opportunities and activities for enrichment they have offered to our children.

Before our daughter was born we visited a number of daycares in our area to make a decision on which environment would be best suited for her. We quickly came to the conclusion that the loving environment Childrens Lighthouse provided, lead by Kelly Pritchard, was the type of place that would help raise our child as we wished we could, if one of us could be a stay at home parent. Being a new parent is difficult enough without the added anxiety of worrying about how others are providing for your most prized possession.

I rated Childrens Lighthouse five stars and I stand by that. I want to state that fact because I have not always seen eye to eye with every decision they have made. I want both of those facts to be clear preceding the remainder of my comments. Everyone thinks their opinion is the most important one. And to them, it is. But running a daycare and catering to...

I love Children's Lighthouse Lake Houston. They are like a 2nd family. They love my boys and all the staff are amazing. I can't say enough about the own Ms. Kelly and the great Director

I 4 children and all of them have attended Children’s lighthouse. We started there in July 2018. My youngest child is now 5 and in Private Kinder at CLH. When we found ourselves without a nanny, Kelly and her team gave my kids a new home away from home . Kelly is there most mornings to greet each child, by name, with a smile. All of the staff is very attentive and helpful. They don’t mind when I call and check on them and are very good about sending updates and pics throughout the day. I have always felt comfortable leaving my babies there knowing they would be in great hands.

My Grandson is one of the first students at Children's Lighthouse. He started as a toddler and is now 5. This school is such a great place for children. My Grandson is reading and using math skills due to the leadership of Ms. Kellie and her skilled Teachers.

We love Children's Lighthouse. Every one is so impressed that my 2 year old knows English, Spanish, and sign language. The teachers and staff are top notch!

My daughter has been going to Children’s Lighthouse since she was 4 months old and I have never looked back. Kelly and the staff immediately made my husband and I feel like we were sending our daughter to a place that felt like home. Fast forward to almost 3 years later and my love for the school has only grown! Our little one runs in every day with a big smile and excited for a full day of learning. Her nickname has become “Speedy!” As two full-time working parents, we couldn’t be more blessed.

I absolutely LOVE Children’s Lighthouse Lake Houston! Mrs. Kelly is amazing and so is her staff. You can truly tell they love what they do and really love the children. You’ll always see Mrs. Kelly with a big bright smile greeting you at the door. She’s knows every child by name. Communication is priority at Children’s Lighthouse and they truly have an open door policy.

My son has attended Children’s Lighthouse for two and a half years and my daughter for almost two years. I can honestly say it was the best decision ever. They are both learning and developing so much at Children's Lighthouse. I love all the constant activities they do for the children, dress up days, contests, and community activities that engage the parents and families as well. We have had such a great experience here! Mrs. Kelly friendly Morning greetings is a great way for our kiddos to start the day. The teachers are exceptional! They have apps that gives us comfort in seeing our child while getting updates on their day by his teachers.

My wife and I love childrens lighthouse because our son has learned so much since he has started there. We love the tadpoles updates and seeing his pictures of his daily activities. The staff there is great and has always been very responsive to any concern and or question.

Our daughter loves Children’s lighthouse. We absolutely love the attention, communication and curriculum. Everyone is super nice and makes you feel like family. We are so happy we made the decision to join. Mrs. Kelly is AWESOME!
