Children's Lighthouse of Brushy Creek

We love Children’s Lighthouse Brushy Creek. Staff is absolutely amazing and our daughter is excited to go to school every day.

Children’s Lighthouse - Brushy Creek has been a wonderful and joyful experience. My family moved in 2021, and our five year old was having a tough time adjusting. The love, patience, and guidance she received from her teacher Miss Kelsey was truly life changing. Our little has grown tremendously emotionally, behaviorally, and cognitively. We are very blessed to have found Children’s Lighthouse and their amazing teachers and staff!
Advice for those scrolling through reviews and deciding on a school for their little: STOP your search, call for a tour, you have found THE school!

Really impressed by the team. Ms. Clarissa is too good with kids and my kid loves to be around her. All the teachers and admin team are very responsive and caring.

The meal schedule here is very balanced and nutritious and I also appreciate the outside play hours and splash pad time during summer. I can understand that’s a lot of work for teachers to given them a dress change after splash pad. Real kudos for planning this out putting aside the extra labor that it demands👏🏻

My daughter Karis has learned so much in 7mos that she has been here. She loves having friends now and I love the activities that they do with the kids…. Her teacher is the best….. all the staff are great even on our bad day!!!!! Thank you for what y’all do day in and day out thank you

This organization has done a great job so far in regard to being great examples for the children.

My 3.5yr daughter has been here for a year now. Facility is clean and well maintained. Admin and teachers are nice and friendly. I like how they use apps for updates. Curriculum is decent.

Things for them to improve upon: 1. I would have liked to be a little more "hands on" with my kid's growth. It would have been nice to know how exactly to train/manage kids at home so that our efforts became complementary. 2. To me, 20-30 kids in the class is a bit much, even with 2-3 teachers present. It's hard to give full attention to all kids at the same time, especially at the 3-4yr age group. I would have been okay paying a bit more for a more personal coaching. 3. I would absolutely love it if the facility maintained an active video surveillance in all classrooms and outside, so that any incident, small or big, can be reported to parents with a video evidence. We had a great experience with Children s Lighthouse of Brushy Creek.
The staff takes good care of children when parents are away at work and they have a good learning curriculum where kids are having fun and learning through out the day. They get plenty of time to play outside in large playscape. You will be greeted with friendly staff during pick up and drop off.
There are lot of extra ciricular activities for kids to participate like Dance, Sports, Gymnastics, Spanish classes, etc
There is also optional live camera monitoring to keep an eye on your little one through out the day
I highly recommend this day care to everyone.

My daughter is in the advanced Pre/K class at Children's Lighthouse at Brushy Creek. We moved schools after my daughters previous school was closed. I chose the school because the admin staff was made of former teachers of ours, Mrs. Courtney and Mrs. Mikahla. They have built such trust with me and a loving relationship with my daughter since she was 4 months old. She is excited to go to school and learn everyday. The owner Mrs. Noor is involved and present and a mother of 3 herself. Her daughter is in the same class as mine and they are good friends. The admin staff gave us the option to move to APK when my daughter was technically under the age group because her old curriculum was more advanced and she was academically and socially ready. After touring several places this facility and staff stood above the rest. Our kids really enjoy the fun activities carried out in the classroom in particular the Spanish lessons they offer to our kiddos. Overall great and sade facilit with friendly teachers.

In short - Great school!

They really care about both the child and the parents. Compared to other schools they do the most events and involve the parents at every level. Keep up the great work and thank you for everything you do!!

This place is our family’s second home. The facility is so wonderful and the staff is incredibly thoughtful and diligent about child safety. My infant has been here since he was 8 weeks old and as a new mom they made me feel cared for and supported having to leave him so soon after delivery. I love having him there and I will be sad when he graduates from Childrens Lighthouse into regular school! Thank you all!

We moved our 16 month old daughter to Children’s lighthouse after an bad experience at another local daycare. We only had her there for two months before moving out of state, and we’re SO sad to leave this daycare behind. The facility is basically brand new, super clean, new playgrounds and a splash pad. We chose Children’s lighthouse because a lot of the teachers are mothers themselves and I always felt safe leaving my daughter in their care. They also have cameras so I could always check in visually. She learned so much in the two months she was at the school. She’d come home doing dances to nursery rhymes that I had never taught her! They feed the kids nutritious food, do lots of arts and crafts, and have outside play time every day. They also have covid safe events for families during the holidays. If we hadn’t have moved out of state, I likely would’ve kept my daughter there...

Amazing school. My son loves going there and enjoys being with his friends. It’s nice to hear that he is having fun and always comes home with his cool projects that they do in class.

As a mom my top priority is to keep my kids safe which is why I am so thankful to of found Children’s Lighthouse for my children. My infant loves being at school and Ms. Chelsey and Ms. Holley take the absolute best care of her while im busy at work which helps ease my mind daily. My 5 year old loves Ms. Kelsey’s class too. She makes all these amazing projects that help keep my kid engaged and she comes home daily and all she can talk about is how amazing school is. The directors are always in great communication with parents and send out weekly and monthly information and always have a huge smile on their faces and are always excited to greet the children.

This daycare is awesome! The administration is super friendly and the teachers care about the kids so much! I am confident leaving my baby in their care and know he will be taken care of! I love getting the pictures daily showing how much fun he’s having!

There is no other place that I would rather send my daughter! All of the teachers create loving and nurturing environments that help foster growth both socially and educationally. The administration team is clearly passionate about what they do and you can tell that they genuinely care about all of the children under their care. As a first time mom, I wasn’t sure how I would feel about enrolling my daughter in child care, but Children’s Lighthouse of Brushy Creek puts me right at ease. I know that my daughter is safe and happy while she is there! I can’t wait to see how much more they continue to help her grow!

I’ve worked at children’s lighthouse for 2 years with pre-k and it has been an amazing experience. I’ve created such great bonds with the children and my coworkers. I am proud knowing my administration maintains ratios, bathroom breaks, and always makes sure the health and well-being of the children are top priority.

The Children's Lighthouse Cedar Park - Brushy Creek is the best place to send your child. We have been sending our little boy here since he was about 5 months and the amount of things he has learned in the past 8 months has been vital to his development. Each class he has attended has taught him so much! All of the teachers, administrators and staff show the upmost care, love and respect for the kids. From when we drop him off to picking him up, they greet him by his name and open arms and excitement. Their approach to the COVID pandemic was swift, accurate and secure to the point where when we were deciding to send him back, we had no hesitation or concerns about CLBC's protocol.
