Children's Lighthouse of Brushy Creek

We love having our son at the Children's Lighthouse and have nothing but the highest respect and compliments regarding his teachers, Ms. Rachel, Ms. Carol, and Ms. Dalinda! Ms. Lyric who works at the front desk is also amazing with him! They are all wonderful and it means so much to us to see how they've cared for him. We were very apprehensive about sending him to daycare but I am so relieved now, knowing that he is in great hands!!

The staff they have employed have made our family feel that our kid is well protected and cared for in every way. Everyday this kid comes home learning new words/ songs/ and social interactions. We literally canceled all our other tours after meeting with their wonderful team. They know how to make you and your children feel at home.

Their open door policy has worked fantastically with our schedule. My wife and I both work from home so being able to swing by when whenever between 6:30am-6:30pm has been so convenient for us, allowing us to spend more time with our kiddo in the morning.

They have two apps you can download. One where you can spy on your kid via video cameras hahaha 😅 I have to pry my wife off...

Love the connection that the teachers have with the kids. The entire staff is great! Also, the playground and splash pad is definitely a win!

Room 1 crew is the best. I was worried starting daycare since my baby was premature and he’s my first but he loves his teachers and they love him! My baby loves to be held/ around other people and isn’t a great napper but I don’t have to worry while he’s there since everyone spoils him! Thank you *Miss Rachel*, Miss Carol, Miss Dalinda and Miss Morgan!

We are so grateful to have found Children’s Lighthouse, especially after relocating from another state about two years ago. The transition for our daughter was made so much easier thanks to the caring and supportive environment provided by the staff.

One of the aspects I appreciated most was the constant presence of administrative staff at the front. It gave me peace of mind every day knowing that there was always someone available and attentive.

A special shoutout goes to Ms. Mya, Ms. Justice, and Ms. Pascal. Their dedication and balance of fun and educational activities have made an impact on my daughter’s growth and happiness. You can truly see their passion and commitment in everything they do.

I took my baby here out on a limb. I had just moved to Texas with no previous recommendations for a daycare. I was that mom that always told myself I was not going to send my child to a daycare. The staff & teachers here definitely made this hard decision a breeze. The love and happiness they showed my son went beyond what I could have imagined. It was a sad day when our family decided to withdraw him. This team definitely made a positive impact not only on my son, but myself as well! WE will miss them :)

We have taken our kids to Children’s Lighthouse since they were infants, my oldest child is now 4. We are very happy at this school. My child is excited to see his teachers and give them hugs each morning, which makes me know he is happy and taken care of. All of the teachers and staff are very friendly. The director, Mikahla, is very easy to talk to and has always helped me with any questions or concerns I have had.

My guy has been attending for a bit over a year. We moved from another facility because he just never got the emotional support he needed (it was his first time in day care). We were driving past CLH in October 2023 and he saw the Halloween decorations and said he wanted that to be his school (bonus it was closer to home as well). What I liked when we toured was seeing kids sitting in teachers laps or hands being held, there wasn't as mush of that softness at his first daycare. He has only had 2 different team leads and 2 different asst. teachers, we really liked his first set of teachers but when he moved up in class we LOVED his new teachers. Both the lead and asst. had more of a soft maternal nature about them and he really flourished.

I really love the front office staff as well. They know every kiddo and greet them as they come in making them feel even more welcomed....

I couldn't be more impressed with Lighthouse! My nephew has been attending for several years now, and it's been such a positive experience for him. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about the children's well-being. My nephew has learned so much, from new skills to making great friends. The activities are engaging, educational, and fun, helping him grow both socially and academically. I also appreciate the clear communication between staff and parents, always keeping us informed about progress.

We are beyond happy with our experience at CLH! The teachers are incredibly kind and nurturing, and it's clear they genuinely care about each child's well-being and development. I’ve been to several amazing events at the school for my nephew as well as community events where they raise money for the children of St. Jude. The school is very beautiful and it always smells so nice. It’s very clean and inviting. I also love being able to see all the amazing photos that they take of my nephew, the teacher seem to be really involved and really like what they do.

We have been a part of the Children’s Lighthouse family for a few years now. All 3 of my kiddos have been cared for here and we absolutely love it. The admin staff are wonderful and the teachers are all caring, kind and compassionate.

The most amazing director and the most amazing teachers we could not find a good place for my baby boy, and we finally found one that we absolutely adore. Really appreciate and love every single member of this staff!! 🫶🏼🔥

I completely lucked out finding this daycare center when returning to work after my FMLA. All of the staff here are very accommodating and caring. I especially love that they greet and remember every child's name that comes in the door! My daughter has been with them for coming up on a full year and I'm so grateful to have come to know and share precious moments with them! I highly recommend them to my other parent friends searching for a place to entrust their children with!

My son has been here for about a year and a half now and my expectations have been more than exceeded!! He started at 18 months, he is 3 now. He still loves seeing his teachers from past classes! All of the teachers are so welcoming and kind! Ms. Anissa is his 3 year old classroom teacher now and she makes drop off so easy, my son runs to her and jumps in her arms every morning! (It makes my momma heart feel so good). He is grown so much with language, socially and emotionally. I love seeing and hearing about all of the things he has learned at school! He can count to 13 in Spanish, honestly probably better than in English. After keeping my son home for the first part of his life and searching for a good fit for daycare I can definitely say we LOVE this school and plan on staying as long as we can!!

I couldn't be happier with my daughter's first experience in care! From the moment we walked through the door, the warmth and professionalism of the staff were evident. They made both of us feel comfortable and reassured, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns.

My daughter, quickly adapted, and it was clear that she felt safe and cared for. The caregivers were attentive, kind, and engaged with the children, offering a variety of activities that were both fun and educational.

Her diaper was changed on time and that's extremely important to me.

Everyone has always been so kind and keep you updated as ti the children activities. Also, what they work on throughout the day and what they eat. I feel this is very important for parents to know it just shows us how much they care about our children and by the way photos are always sent which help keep our minds at ease.
