He has been attending since he was just 2 months old in Classroom 1, and now, as he continues to grow in Classroom 4, we are so VERY thankful for all the teachers and staff who have cared for him, guided him, and contributed to his growth. Your kindness and dedication have made such a lasting impact on our family, and we truly appreciate everything you do.

Children’s Lighthouse of Alamo Ranch has been a fabulous daycare for my son. Soon as we walked in, my wife and I knew this was the place. It’s been at least 6 months now that my kid has been going here and he absolutely loves it!

He loves his friends, his teachers and all of the staff. They are all super nice and friendly! The teachers (classroom as well as staff management) know the kids by their first names.

I highly recommend them to any parents looking for daycare around the Alamo ranch area. They also have a very good selection of extracurricular activities for the kids to participate in to help them learn and grow!

Best daycare I've ever come across. Great admin staff, Ms.Shanna is amazing, my son's daycare experience wouldn't be so amazing without her. My kiddo is happy and he's learning a lot, I'm so grateful to everyone at Lighthouse ❤️.

My youngest loves her teachers. We’ve tried other childcare centers and Children’s Lighthouse is the only one she’s been consistently happy to go to. It’s been almost a year and she hasn’t asked to stay home a single time. She’s blossomed under their care and I’m happy we found them! I also feel Children’s Lighthouse’s curriculum more than prepared her for school. She can read, write, spell, and knows math.

Update 1 year later:

This daycare has become like family. The director and front staff have been there for my kids and have exceeded everything I hoped for in a daycare. My children will most likely stay here until they age out. We've grown close to the long-term teachers, and my kids have truly bonded with them, the routine, and the rest of the staff. The summer camp is so much fun, and I’m just incredibly grateful to have found good people who genuinely love and nurture my children.

Here is my honest review! I love the atmosphere, the building, very clean and front desk is always helpful. Very communicative, and constant events going on. Classroom wise, I am VERY thankful for the teachers in both my kids rooms now and the way they treat the kids. I was a previous daycare teacher and I did have some concerns in the beginning, and I did voice them. However...

I can’t say enough amazing things about Children’s Lighthouse. My daughter started September 2024 at about 3 months old and has been thriving. You can tell she genuinely enjoys going to daycare the teachers and staff have been exceptional. We love hearing about our daughter’s day everyday from the teachers and we love the livestream feature. Being able to see our little one throughout the day is a huge plus. You can truly see how much daycare is helping with her development and the teachers really care. I would recommend this daycare to all my friends and family.

Children’s Lighthouse has been our first daycare experience as new parents. They have flexible drop off, friendly staff, and keep the place clean. We also appreciate the teachers who care for our child and adapt to their needs as they grow. We also have camera access to check in on our little one throughout the day. So far we have had a great experience!

My daughter has been going here since she was a baby. This place is clean and always smells good. The complimentary coffee is a plus too. Teachers and staff are friendly and anytime I've had questions/concerns, they always rectify quickly. They even went above and beyond by bringing my daughter to/from my car when I was injured and on crutches. They truly care about the kids and families.

Love the updates I receive throughout the day, Along with the pictures. I like that they have cameras so you can check on your child’s growth.

Our son has FLOURISHED at Children’s Lighthouse in Alamo Ranch!! He’s been there since he was 12 weeks and is now 18 months! The livestream is really nice to check in throughout the day. The entire staff is so sweet and the teachers are so patient and kind. There are great activities and events each week/month between spirit days and holiday parades. Could not recommend this place enough!

My son had been going here since he was 18 months now 4 years old. We had to make a change due to moving, which meant he had to change daycares. Needless to say, after 1 horrible month at a different facility, we were welcomed back with open arms and understanding. I am thrilled to be back with people who love my son and most importantly he loves and trusts them!

My son has been here since Feb 2024 and he loves going. My daughter goes during school breaks and summer and they love it here. In fact, they often dont want to leave! They learn so much and the staff really cares about the kids and they're well being. Would recommend to family and friends!

You have all day camera access and they post pictures and updates in the procare app everyday. The opportunity for parent involvement is great. Never regretted making this choice as a daycare center!

I was nervous about enrolling my 2 yr old in a new daycare after using base daycares. The transition was phenomenal. I could not have asked for better teachers in her old room and now her new room. They have been compassionate, attentive, patient and kind. The entire staff was super welcoming and swept us right up into their Children's Lighthouse family-even my 4 yr old loves getting to see everyone. Their recognition of family values through the display of an ofrenda for kids' family members further solidifies my love for the daycare! If you're looking for a daycare for your kids, this is the one!!!

If you are deciding between places to send your children for daycare, look no further, this is the spot. Being former military and now moved from San Antonio and exploring multiple other daycares...nothing comes remotely close. We miss Children's Lighthouse of Alamo Ranch dearly.

We had our daughter here for about a year an a half. We loved it then, but since moving it's only highlighted how special this place really is...they just have it down perfectly.

Every one of our daughter's caretakers was so sweet and took stake in her development. They really cared about her as if she were their own. As we were brand new parents, we really appreciated all the insight and caretakers letting us know how our daughter was doing throughout the day. We got constant updates via the app they use - photos, notes, etc. You can also check in via camera to watch your kiddos...

The staff at Children’s Lighthouse are wonderful and take great care of our daughter Lola. She started daycare around 15 months old, and she loves it here.

My son who has ASD has gone here for the past 8 months. I want to start off by saying we have noticed such an improvement with him and seeing how much better he’s done here than at a previous daycare. They have a set curriculum, circle time, letters of the day, learning and even play social games in the classroom with the kids. My son has been more expressive and receptive along with interacting with peers more than he was prior to starting at CL. It seems more like an actual “school” setting vs someone just babysitting our child. He has been in room 5 with Ms Paloma who has honestly been amazing, we absolutely adore her. My son has food sensory so we pack special lunches for him and the woman in the kitchen always makes sure to serve what we pack for him and even asks when we don’t prepare food.
