Castor is awesome with their pairing of Healthcare workers and patients/families. I have worked many places but never have I felt better fitted than here. They strive to make sure both the Healthcare worker and the patient and family are a good fit and also constantly seek to see if there is more they can do. I thoroughly enjoy my patients and their families and am excited to see how my patients are able to progress with our help and care.

I am a new employee and can’t say enough good things about my supervisor Sarah. She put me at ease right away and has been so kind and patient with everything that she has taught me and helped me through. She is always ready and available to answer my many questions, to help me with whatever challenge I encounter and to celebrate every success I experience. She is a strong advocate for clients, patients and staff and is very respectful, encouraging and appreciative. It is refreshing having a supervisor who is so wonderful and is a true credit to her profession.
Everyone else including Brandi, Alisha, Shaunte, Dawn and others that I have encountered at Castor have been nothing but nice and helpful as well, and I am thankful for all of them! I am lucky to work here and to also have such an amazing client to care for.

Castor is the only agency that has communicated with me when it came to nursing and has found a nurse that we love and has become a part of our family. The DON of Castor and her assistant are quick to respond back to me with any questions I may have and are through making sure all of my questions are answered and are quick to address any issues I bring up.

I found Castor Home Health while I was employed in a hospital setting and my stress levels were maxed out. Once I submitted my application, I heard back from the Recruiter that same day. Immediately, I was welcomed with kindness, compassion, and gratitude. This position has very flexible hours so i can work as little or as often as I’d like which is very appealing to a new graduate nurse with student loans! :) Management has been unbelievably supportive, checking in almost daily to make sure that i am adjusting well and that everything is okay in the home. If you enjoy working with children and making a difference in the community, I highly reccomend this position and choosing this company for your healthcare needs.

Since day 1, Castor has been totally awesome. The staff, and especially our nurse, Jennifer Heather, have been outstanding. We have been with them for 3 years now, and I would highly recommend them.

Castor has a great team of in home caregivers. They follow up on my father's needs and ensure scheduled slots get filled.
They make sure meds get taken and house cleaned. They have enabled my father to live in his own home versus going to a nursing home facility. They provide needed companionship and company for my father. Excellent group.

Castor is really thorough in everything they do. They always put the client first and show support for them no matter what.

I have nothing but great things to say about working for Castor. The DON and my nursing supervisor are extremely knowledgeable and are quick to respond to any questions I may have. They utilize EMR which makes charting quick and painless. Getting paid weekly is also a plus!

Staff is genuinely nice and very easy to communicate with.

As a unique opportunity for our family. Since my daughter qualifies for in home nursing I as a RN parent can work for Castor provide care for my daughter. This is an absolute win win for our family.

Castor has been an absolute blessing to work for. As a busy mom already, I decided to go back to school to be able to advance in my nursing journey. The flexibility in scheduling allows me to not feel overwhelmed with work and school, as well as still being able to enjoy time with my family. The hiring process is very smooth. The only thing is you have to pay for the drug test upfront. They will reimburse you. But if you don't have the money it may delay hiring process. Overall it's a great company to work for. I love it here!
