We were very happy with the services provided. Richie arrived when he said he would and have a quick call to let me know that he was on the way. He was professional, friendly, and very thorough. The carpet looks like new. The stain caused by our dog was removed and the section of stairs we had him clean also came up beautifully. He explained the process, took care when working throughout the house and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Carpet Recovery Plus and will definitely use them again

From the beginning Matt was really helpful and quick in his responses. He came by to asses our carpets and gave me a quote, very professional the whole time. Day of he gave us a call when he was on his way and showes up on time. We left Matt and his crew for about an hour and a half and came home to a fresh smell and impeccably cleaned carpets in our house. We've used Stanley Steemer in the past but they were not even close to how detail oriented and how amazing Matt and his crew were. We will definitely use him again and more than heartily recommend him!!

Had to move date and he complied with professionalism. Everything that he said he was going to provide was done. Explained all steps and did everything in a timely and professional manner. Our experience with Matt and his company was far better then we ever imagined. He was very knowledgable about all aspects of his business. He was very thorough and he continued to follow up with us. He spent a lot time on our home, and the results were fantastic. We are selling our home and he has saved us a ton of money by making the home look as if the carpeting was we, though it was over 5-7 years. Everyone you had seen the house cannot believe the results. On a scale of 1-10, I rate this a 15! Matt will go the extra yard to make you satisfied.
