was very respectful and friendly.
He got it done in a timely manner and I will be using them again.

Jose was wonderful. He quickly found our leak and was able to dig under the sidewalk and repair the problem without having to break it. Wonderful service thank you

The plumber was knowledgeable and fixed a gas leak in my hot water heater very quickly.

I use Cardinal Plumbing for almost all of my plumbing needs. They are quick on scheduling appointments, and efficient and reliable with their work.

We booked Cardinal Plumbing to install a heat pump water heater that we had bought from Home Depot. They were willing to work with us and did a fine job installing it. Also very good communication from the company.

While replacing my washing machine hoses, the hot and cold shut-off valves developed a very slow leak. After tightening both, the hot valve still had a leak. From pictures, Jose (plumber) could tell the Home Depot plumbing expert sold me the wrong replacement parts. Jose replaced my valves with the correct parts he bought from Home Depot. Now, my valves are leak-free.

By the way, Cardinal Plumbing has a phone number for exchanging text messages that I got from Angel (office scheduler). I sent a picture of my old valves. In this case, I also sent an image of my Home Depot parts. This gave Jose an idea of what he was working with ahead of time and that he needed to purchase the right parts. This may have saved me from paying for his time to go shopping during my job. If you text, why not take advantage of this.
