Called to have them fix a water heater. Was told it needed a flow sensor and he would get a price quote and get back to me. Never did hear back from him so we bought the part and replaced it. Didn’t fix it so decided to replace the entire heater. Bought the heater and called to have them install it and also asked to install valves that were previously discussed during our initial appointment. Guy showed up and we were expecting him to be ready to install the unit. He told us upon arriving that our flow sensor was on back order. Had to be lying because he never even got back to us with a price on it so why would he have supposedly ordered it. He had no idea he was there to install the new heater. So he left for an hour because he didn’t have the valves etc we had discussed. Came back to install and gave me the bill. The valves he told us would be $70-$80 2 weeks ago he charged us $130...
