I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company from start to finish. I originally called because of a leak, and they were able to come out the very same day, which I really appreciated. The guy was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and they worked directly with my home warranty company to get the necessary approval taken care of. The entire process was easy and stress-free.

About a week later, a different crew came out to replace my water heater. They were every bit as professional, friendly, and knowledgeable as the first visit. The installation went smoothly, they took care of everything without any issues, and the consistency in service between two different crews really impressed me.

It’s not always easy to find a company that is responsive, reliable, professional, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I had a great experience both...

I had a problem over the weekend. Got a call back first thing Monday morning to schedule my appointment. The technician arrived on time and immediately got to work. He explained my problem and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. He was knowledgeable and polite as is all of their employees. I know I will be pleased with the results when I call Cardinal .
