Capital City REIA

They have had excellent speakers who teach you a lot of great info about a wide variety of investment opportunities. Just enough to wet your appetite then they usually follow-up with an all -day workshop! Last night they served complimentary appetizers and drinks. Very nice! Learned so much from Ted Thomas and looking forward to working with him on tax liens and defaults.

This was my first time attending this REIA meeting; despite the challenging traffic & bad weather, I'm glad I went due to the education & networking I could do! I'm looking forward to the next one!

I came to the event with an open mind. I knew that you had a program for new real-estate investors. I have been to several presentations .
I had setup to go to another one that afternoon. But, once I heard Capital City REIA the other program didn't stand a chance. The honesty,

Great group of investors, excellent real estate investment information/training and highly affordable. Everything is not a charge. Tammy Phelps actually believes in working with and helping people.

This was one of the most informative events I have attended concerning real estate investing. Tammy and all the other speakers bring a wealth of knowledge to impart.

I am new to real estate investing and just have to share my thoughts, I truly have learned alot from this group and Tammy. Very rare to see someone in REI field that is very humble, caring and putting others first. I would recommend that any new investors or even seasoned ones, make sure to attend an event and check them out!

I really enjoy going to Capital City Reia. I learned a lot from this group and met many excellent people. People are connected here and is like a family altogether. Everybody is grateful to be in the group. It is not about deal or monry, it is anout helping each other.
It is an awesome group. I learned so much and looking forward for the next meetup.

Wonderful speakers with real world experience. Highly recommend being a member of Capital City REIA. Training sessions offered always have a wealth of information that is generously shared by the speaker. Tammy is gracious and giving in her knowledge and sharing of her network and experience.
