Though Tammy and I don't always agree on everything, something she has been often overly sensative to [and I have noticed this with some others also] I absolutely do believe that she will go out of her way to help and this seems especially so with her 'inner circle.'

It was a really good experience to learn some more about the legal part of investing, and to meet nice people who are doing realestate investing

I have only been to one meeting and one webinar and thought they were both informative and useful for the RE business and Lends itself to being able to connect with other professionals in tje industry. I am looking forward to attending more events and get to know more people.

Good opportunity for networking

I have been a member for the past 3 years. Capital City REIA is a great place to network and learn about Real Estate investing.

The network shows a net worth of valuable and dedicated people working to the "freedom" and financial independence of those willing to take the sacrifice. I welcome them into my life as I learn a new way to be so I can then teach my family, and others.

It is a very informal and family like atmosphere. Tammy is very knowledgeable and shares her knowledge and experience with everybody who is there. She also acknowledges person(s), team(s) who has done well with their projects. She is always willing to help. At the end of the session, when you leave, you feel like energized and enthusiastic. You don’t feel like you wasted time by attending the session. If you want to learn the real estate business, you must go to Capital City REIA.

Hands down the best REIA group in the DMV area!! The knowledge and connections that you gain from this group is second to none!

This is the best REIA I've been to. They provide such a wide range of information pertaining to real estate investing. The guest speakers are so knowledgeable and are open to question. Great people there to socialize with and share information.

Tammy's unique among the REIA leaders in the DC area because she genuinely feels excited when talking about real estate as well as those whom she helps/mentors. You can see the people in the audience get excited when she's able to help them see things in a way they hadn't previously. She really attempts to build a sense of community among everyone who attends.
