Quality care. Always given time to express my concerns and they "LISTEN" to what I have to say. They are not like other doc offices in and out rushing a patient thru. I have ALWAYS been given the time it takes to answer my questions and NEVER felt rushed.

The nurse practioners and staff are thorough, and professional yet friendly. I understand there may be longer wait times if the office waiting room is full, because it is a by appointment and walk-in basis.

My experience with Cape Family Medical has been wonderful, thus far! The staff I have interacted with, whether it be the receptionist at the desk, the nurses taking vitals or the NP. Everyone has always been friendly, patient and kind, as well as informative and thorough in answering any questions or concerns I may have during my monthly visits! Being a newer resident, having moved to Missouri from out of state, I was very apprehensive with who to trust in seeking medical care. However, I’m pleased with my decision to trust in Cape Family Medical!

I absolutely love kayla! She's so sweet and genuinely listens to your concerns and acts accordingly and immediately. I've had experiences in the past with a medication not working and the dr tells me to keep trying or wait it out. Kayla immediately switched my medicines. Everyone is so friendly from reception to medical assistants and on, love it here!

I am editing my comment to say that I have NEVER had any issues with staff talking bad about me or mean girl issues.
