Just thankful I found someone who listens

I absolutely LOVE Megan and Kayla. I know Kayla is gone and that is a major loss for the clinic. They take time to know their patients and really listen. Kayla is the reason I came to Cape Family Medical and Megan is the reason I stay.

I love Megan and Kayla they have great bedside manners and care about their patients. This new doctor Amy they brought in not so much. I felt rushed threw my appointment and was gave medication that was not even for my symptoms once I googled it. She has no compassion and care for her patients. I never want to see her again!!!

This is a wonderful doctors office! I’ve been going to them for about 3 years now have never had any issues the doctors and LPNs and every service they provide is amazing and always making sure the patient is heard and treats everyone equally overall great Doctors office!

Megan Harville is extraordinary. She's not just a provider. She cares and listens to your concerns and tries to do what's right for patients. She is such a Godsend and the reason I keep coming back to Cape Family Medical. I highly recommend Megan as a provider.

I believe it’s been a little over a year or so now since I began seeing Megan Harvill at Cape Family Medical. She is so down to earth, relatable and for the first time in my adult life, I feel validated by a medical professional anytime I have questions or concerns! It’s such a pleasure leaving my appointment feeling seen and heard!

Also I’d like to add the girls at the front desk are amazing! Literal angels! As someone who is chronically late no matter how hard I try, they’ve always been so kind, understanding and accommodating!! Definitely love it here and would recommend to anyone looking for a new practice!

Great services

I saw the esthetician and she was very nice and understanding. She made sure I was okay the whole time while doing laser hair treatment and gave no judgement. The people at the front were very nice also, answering questions and staying professional the whole time. My visit was very pleasant and I plan on coming back. :)

I got a facial with Samantha and it was by far the best I’ve ever gotten. She was very attentive and made sure it was relaxing. My skin felt great when I left. She recommended what products I should use at home. I can’t wait to go back again soon!

I received a tattoo removal service from samantha (esthetician). Sam was very reassuring and was making sure i was well taken care of ! I recommend all of her services! She is an amazing girl!!

I've always passed this clinic almost daily. I finally decided to give it a try. They have listened to me from the beginning. They have ordered the correct test to identify actual concerns. They didn't just write a prescription and send me out the door. I also want to give an extra shout-out to their chiropractor. He didn't just adjust my back, he asked the proper questions and requested a test. I am relieved to have answers finally. Thank you to everyone at the clinic 10/10 recommend!

Somebody needs to teach Amy about appropriate eye contact. Hers is CONSTANT, she stares at you when you’re talking, she stares at you when SHE’S talking, and I’m sure she thinks she comes off as confident and assertive but it actually feels aggressive and intimidating. Not a good feel for a patient.
I also had a concern that she wouldn’t even discuss with me.

I was pleased my whole visit with esthetician Samantha with Cape Family Medical, she took her time and was very gentle with my skin. She made sure i was comfortable the whole time and it was my first. I would recommend

I got my eyebrow and facial done by Samantha and she did amazing. She was so sweet and she made sure everything was comfortable for you. I will most definitely be back. Also, everyone in the building was very kind.

I like cape Girardeau family clinic because the staff values the need of patients but they must improve on waiting time before seeing the doctor you will be in pain and the doctor came after 30 to 40 minutes to attend you but everything is super good

Very friendly staff! It is a WALK-IN Clinic, so they work well with tight schedules! Also accepts Medicare and Medicaid! I couldn't recommend a better place for all of your family medical needs!
