I like Cape Medical Clinic because the secretaries are pleasant , they are not rude . The drs and nurses listen and are considerate of using their knowledge the best at helping their patients , like the paintings on the wall, waiting room and patient’s rooms are clean, good techs and polite. They do their best to help work around your schedule. I like it how on special holidays they decorate the waiting room. They wear smiles on faces even through their days of hard work.

I had an enjoyable and productive experience because (1) Kayla and her med tech listened carefully. Kayla read everything the med tech wrote and confirmed with follow-up questions. She did not ask me to repeat everything I told the med tech. (2) Kayla was attentive and present while in the room with me. She focused on and diligent about addressing my issues.

If you want to be treated like a person then call Cape Family. Kaila and all of the staff I've encountered the staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable yet they are nice, caring and down to earth at the same time. That's so rare.

My family and I cannot express enough gratitude for being treated Iike a human being, NOT just a number! The staff is always kind AND professional. These days it's hard to find experienced and skilled medical professionals that are also kind amd compassionate. Kayla always takes time to LISTEN, explain and discuss my issues and concerns. It feels like the way doctors offices used to. Caring and smaller. Not the industrial conveyor belt systems at other places give them a try. You won't regret it.

My experiences at Cape Family Medical have always been positive. They take time to listen and seem to truly care. I too like the new updates to the facility. I have had no issues with the new team. Ye. I too saw Daniel Dansby, who was great. There was one FNP, early on after Daniel left, who did not have a good bed side manner and I almost left as a patient, but evidently I was not the only one who felt that way. Now, the staff are great!
