I just experienced great customer service with Cable Insurance through an outstanding rep - Kevin Ortiz. I misunderstood the billing process for my commercial coverage, and when I received a reminder email, I mistakening thought my monthly payment was NOT going to be automatically deducted from my bank account. I therefore made a payment through the payment portal. The day before th epayment was due, I received another email stating that the automatic payment would be taken on the following day.
I therefore rushed to the bank this morning to deposit more money to cover the funds because I knew I wasn't going to be able to get in touch with the support staff until 9:00 am.
While I was waiting for 9:00 am, I got an email from Kevin stating that he had refunded (actually cancelled), the auto payment, noticing it had already been paid.
