Thank you for being such a wonderful teacher to my child in Pre-K 2. Your patience, kindness, and creativity have made a big difference in his early learning journey. Every day, he comes home excited to share what he learned, and that joy is a reflection of your hard work and care. We truly appreciate the warm, nurturing environment you provide—it means so much to our family. Thank you for helping him grow, learn, and feel loved at school. We’re so grateful for all you do!

We’ve had our baby enrolled at The Goddard School of Alexandria since the first week of March, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Ms. Michelle, Ms. Whitney, and Ms. Tina have been absolutely wonderful—so loving, caring, and attentive with our son. Every morning when we drop him off, he greets them with a big smile, which says it all! It gives us such peace of mind knowing he’s in such great hands. We’re so grateful to have found The Goddard School of Alexandria and highly recommend it to any parents looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their little ones.

Having our child at Goddard has been such a great experience. We have had a great experience with this Goddard School over the past 4 years, and are so grateful for the communicative and organized administration (Andrea, Traleece and Sarah) and our daughter and son's incredible teachers past and present (Maribel, LaSasha, Lizette, Michelle, Crystal, Helen, Mary, Lindsey, Gabby, Jennifer)--they have been attending for 2 years and almost five respectively and we have nothing but praise for the education and socialization they're receiving, a loving environment that they enjoy, and the sense of peace and confidence we have leaving them there each day!

My husband and I are very happy with the school and its staff. The best decision we made was to enroll our daughter at the Goddard school (Alexandria west).

We are very grateful for our daughter’s teachers in preK1, Miss Gabby and Miss Jennifer. They are very caring, attentive and accommodating to our daughter’s needs. We wouldn’t have had such a great experience without their contributions.

We 100% recommend this school.

Updated again since my child has been attending Goddard since 03/2023. She loves attending Goddard and has learned so much there. She even shows more advanced reading skills that my son did not start working on until kindergarten. I really appreciate how wonderful and lovely the staff/teachers are with her. She loves her current teacher, Ms. Mary, so much (and she has matured greatly because of Ms. Mary patient behavioral approaches and reminders).

Our family has had a really positive experience with this school. Over the years, we’ve gotten to know so many amazing teachers who have taken such great care of our kids.

When our youngest was in the infant classroom, they were cared for by Ms. Michelle, Ms. Maribel, and Ms. Charia. Each of them was kind, patient, and attentive, and we always felt confident that our baby was in good hands.

Right now, our youngest is with Ms. Kassie, Ms. Amanda, and Ms. LaSasha, and they are all fantastic. They keep the classroom fun and full of love. Our child is always happy to go to school and comes home smiling.

We have another child in preschool with Ms. Chaimae and Ms. Valerie, who have been absolutely wonderful. We’ve seen so much growth in their learning and confidence since starting in their class.

We love Goddard so much! Ms Gabby, Ms Jennifer and Ms Mary are the best teachers! They have nurtured both of our kids and set them up in holistic ways! So happy we chose Goddard!

We couldn’t say enough about how amazing our daughter’s teacher, Ms Lizett, has been! We potty trained our daughter a bit on the early side, and she has jumped in with so much confidence and skill and really helped to keep us motivated and positive when we’ve wanted to give it up. The front office is so helpful and diligently works to put the needs of the kids first across the board. We are a little over a year and a half into our time at Goddard and continue to feel like it was the best choice for our girl.

We also are so lucky to have ms Kae to drop off to in the morning. We’re starting to have a hard time saying goodbye at drop off, and Ms Kae steps in and loves our girl so well.

We've been very happy with the Goddard West Alexandria location and our child's PS2 teachers, Ms Lindsey and Ms Jennifer. The transition was seamless and they were very helpful during potty training. Our child is thriving and seems ahead of other children the same age. The admin staff, Ms Andrea, Ms Traleece and Ms Sarah, and owners have always been very helpful and responsive. The daily activities (music, yoga, art, spanish, etc) and outdoor time twice a day are all enjoyed by our active almost four year old. We definitely recommend this school!

4/30/2025 Update: Our daughter is now in the Pre-K 1 class with Ms Gaby and Ms Jennifer at The Goddard School (Alexandria - West) and we still couldn’t be happier! Ms Gaby and Ms Jennifer are both so caring and patient and our now 5 year old is thriving! She is well prepared and ready to start Kindergarten in the fall. We...

We’ve had a wonderful experience at The Goddard School. Miss Lizett and Miss Shantel, our 2-year-old’s teachers, are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Goddard Alexandria (West) over the past few years. Both of our children—now 2 and almost 4—have been attending since they were about 6 months old, and we’ve been consistently impressed by the warmth, compassion, and professionalism of the teachers and staff. It’s clear that everyone here truly cares about the children and takes pride in supporting their development.

My daughter has joined Goddard School Alexandria(West) since she was 13 months and she's been here for one year and half. We had a wonderful experience here! Ms. Kaelyn and Ms. Brittany are great teachers, they are super caring and responsible and nice, taking good care of kids, and my daughter came back home excited to share what she’s learned and talk about her teachers and friends. We’re so thankful to have found such a caring team.

We started at Goddard over 3 months ago and entered our then-15 month old into daycare for the first time. We were nervous and asked a lot of questions! Within two weeks, he was excited to go to school and we could see the great impacts of Goddard's structure and approach to care.

In particular, we have been thrilled to watch him grow and thrive with Ms Amanda, Ms LaSasha, and Ms Cassie. Each teacher has gotten to know our son and shows him personalized support and attention. Their updates, photos, and recommendations have really helped us to settle in, and we know each day that he is getting supportive and attentive care from them. They are wonderful!

The Goddard School of Alexandria West have been an amazing team to work with in providing care and instruction for my little one. My daughter started at Goddard as an infant and has now moved up into the 2 year old toddler classes. Her teachers Ms. Kaelyn and Ms. Brittany have been amazing and find new and interesting ways to keep the kids learning and engaged on a regular basis. I am glad that we are a part of the Goddard family.

I just wanted to say a big THANKS to MS. MARY , MS. GABY, MS. JENNIFER for being such an amazing teacher to my daughter Kendall Graham. Your support and encouragement have helped her grow so much this year — both academically and personally.

We absolutely love this school! From the very beginning, the experience has been amazing. The teachers are all so caring, patient, and organized. Our two boys (ages 2 and 4) have been attending for almost a full school year now, and we couldn't be happier.
The curriculum is well-structured, and the care and attention they give to each child is truly impressive. A special thank you to Ms. Helen, Ms. Crystal, Ms. KaeKae, Ms. Gabby, Ms. Jennifer, Ms. Mary, Ms. Shantel, Ms. Lizett, and Ms. Janelle — you have all made such a positive difference in our boys’ lives!
We especially appreciate how smooth and comforting the drop-off process is every morning — the teachers know exactly how to handle the kids, making it easier for both the children and the parents.
