We have had our carpet professionally cleaned by Matthew Torres two times now. I won't have anyone else do it because he is that amazing! He always arrives exactly on time and does an incredible job. He is always sure to walk the area before beginning the cleaning and point out any stains or areas that may be an issue and asks what they could possibly be, so he can use the best products for the job. It's clear that Matthew really cares about his clients and doing the best work possible and THAT is invaluable!

Busy Bee is nothing short of blessing! We had an emergency situation with a sick dog and he went above and beyond! Our carpets (and sofas) have never looked better! He always does a great job and is extremely accommodating! I completely trust him to come in and out even when I’m not home. Not a better carpet cleaner out there!
