My experience with Building Inspections LLC has been the best part of my home purchase process thus far. We were very nervous about getting the home inspected as family members in the past have had negative experiences with the inspection process. When we met Dave at the start of the inspection we could tell that it was going to be a much better experience than we were anticipating. He could not have been any nicer or any more thorough in his inspection and the report that we received at the end was put together in a fashion that made it very very easy to get a feel for the property outside of the untrained eye. The structure and the photos also made it very easy for us when going back to the negotiation process with the seller. This inspection was absolutely worth the money and I plan on referring everyone that I know because I hope they can have the same experience that we have had.
