I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years now, and they are truly amazing. It is rare to find a company that balances top-tier professional results with such thoughtful personal touches.
The communication is seamless—I always receive respectful text notifications letting me know exactly when they’ll be arriving. They even sent small gift gestures for the New Year, which really shows how much they value their clients.

The customer service is phenomenal. Stefanie has been wonderful to work with! Roshad and O’Neal are both professional, thorough, and great at what they do.

As for the actual treatment, the results speak for themselves. I’ve noticed a significant decrease in mosquitoes in my yard, and I’ve never had a single issue with ticks.

Before we found them are dog would come in with ticks all the time and we have a large deer fenced yard. After the first treatment we saw none. Keeping us and our dog free of ticks is priceless. Living in Connecticut means waging a full scale war against ticks, mosquitoes, and every creepy crawly thing that wants to ruin your backyard, Bugs & Blades is the reason I win that war every spring and summer without even thinking about it. They show up on time, treat the property like it’s their own, and the results are impossible to argue with: no ticks on the dog, no mosquitoes ruining a perfectly good glass of wine on the patio.

I don't usually write reviews but we switched to Bugs and Blades this season and they have been amazing from the get go! Price is very reasonable and I have to give them an A++ for communication and responsiveness. We receive a reminder email, a pre arrival text and a text telling us when they are done and reminding us to keep our kids and pets out of the yard for 60 minutes while the spray dries. Everyone there we have spoken to, from the owner to the office manager, to the techs themselves, has been friendly, courteous and very professional. A few weeks after they were here for a tick treatment we found a tick on our dog (not really surprised as she rolls in EVERYTHING) but I reached out to Bugs and Blades and they sent someone out the next day to re-spray at no cost as they guarantee their service. Customer service is top notch and I highly recommend giving them a try.

Dealing with Bugs & Blades has been a very pleasant experience. Their service has been wonderful, from office staff, to the people spraying my property and anyone I’ve had contact with, including the owner, Chris, has been kind, informative and professional.
We use them for their tick prevention service and have not found a tick on ourselves or our dog since we started using them! We like the use of their more ‘natural’ products.

We worked with Chris to treat our yard and lawn for ticks. From the start he and his company were extremely professional and responsive. He walked through the different options and made sure to consider a variety of factors, such as pets, kids, and where our vegetable garden is located. His team always texted prior to a visit and after treatment was complete. They were flexible with moving treatment dates if needed. Chris and his employees have sprayed our yard for ticks for the past several years. They are professional and always on time. They give a courtesy email and text to let you know when they are coming. I did have to change the date one time and they were very accommodating! Always super friendly (in person and on the phone). I have not found a tick on my dogs since he started spraying the yard. (Except when we go in the woods for a hike) I definitely recommend them!
