We worked with Chris to treat our yard and lawn for ticks. From the start he and his company were extremely professional and responsive. He walked through the different options and made sure to consider a variety of factors, such as pets, kids, and where our vegetable garden is located. I don't usually write reviews but we switched to Bugs and Blades this season and they have been amazing from the get go! Price is very reasonable and I have to give them an A++ for communication and responsiveness. We receive a reminder email, a pre arrival text and a text telling us when they are done and reminding us to keep our kids and pets out of the yard for 60 minutes while the spray dries. Everyone there we have spoken to, from the owner to the office manager, to the techs themselves, has been friendly, courteous and very professional. A few weeks after they were here for a tick treatment we found a tick on our dog (not really surprised as she rolls in EVERYTHING) but I reached out to Bugs and Blades and they sent someone out the next day to re-spray at no cost as they guarantee their service.
