I have not read any other reviews bc I did not want to be influenced by them.
Beverly, Shelbie, Bethany, & Vee did a Deep Cleaning this last week in my 2100 sq ft home in which 2 dogs (one is a Great Pyranees/Anatolian Shepherd mix).
I am beyond happy with the level of professionalism and attention to detail they brought to the task!
Top to bottom, every corner and crevice were cleaned. Then, we had a walk-through check sheet to be sure.
This company and their employees were great to work with and I will be continuing our contract.

I paid a 50% deposit for these people to come to my home and clean the kitchen, they were supposed to arrive today between 11-1. NO SHOW!! I called and 1:15 pm and again at 2:30pm looking for my crew. If you live in Coppell, TX, Southlake, TX, then this service is a RIP OFF!!!
As of 3pm today, No one has called me back, no one has showed up to clean, no one has called to apologize and most importantly no one has offered my money back. The ladies who answer the phone have zero knowledge, they are glorified message takers and you get a different person each time. The last one had the Gaul to tell me that message is going to the sales team and that the sales team dispatches their housekeepers. No wonder they are not successful if they are responsible for sales and dispatch all at the same time. I will be filing fraud charges with my bank!

Wonderful experience! As someone who travels frequently for work and is just a fairly lazy cleaner in general, having some professionals with great attention to detail come in to help turned out better than expected. As a first time customer, I had gone with the deluxe package for a bit more detailed cleaning and had 4 wonderful ladies come over and do an outstanding job. They were prompt and got straight to work. They know what they are doing and did a great job all around. Yazmyn, Keilor, Caitlin and Mara were all here and have my thanks for the hard work!
