Doreisha and Eleny did an excellent, thorough job! They really went the extra mile. The sinks, tubs and showers were so clean and shiny, and they even got rid of the dark spots in the grout. Our initial deep clean was amazing! They even cleaned the window sills behind our plantation shutters!! Since then, our every other week cleaning by Whitney H. has been exceptional! She is so friendly and professional. She even left us a note letting us know she found dead ants in an area of our home and sure enough there was an ant bed just outside that wall! I scheduled a deep clean of my house with Buckets & Bows since I’d never had my house cleaned before. They were great at getting my information over the phone to schedule the appointment. AMAZING service from Ashley and Beverly for my first cleaning today!! First impressions: they were right on time, very courteous, and very kind/easy to talk to! I was working from home and they were so sweet about keeping me up to speed with what was going on, while still respecting my working space.
