The people were friendly and easy to communicate any specifics as to what to clean, and when they needed stove/refrigerator moved or emptied. They did a much better job than I could ever do on the stove and with the hard water staining in the toilet bowls. BTS was quick to reply to my calls/e-mails, with texting on estimated arrival time.

Other than a few reschedules for timing of the cleaning, BTS Cleaning is doing a nice job keeping our office clean. My door stays locked and when I'm here or leave a note for them they are always willing to come in and get my individual office cleaned.

Best cleaning service I have ever had. Always on time, flexible if I have to reschedule, great at organizing, house looks amazing every time, and even go the extra mile to make cute scenes with stuffed animals on the kids beds for fun surprises for them.

Excellent initial deep clean of our medical office space. A few months in, I noticed that the cleaner was not working the expected number of hours to complete the required cleaning. The owner, Chris, immediately corrected it by placing a new cleaner at our site and training her well. She is very responsive to make small improvements so the space is truly clean. The only concern is the price. It is very high and may not be sustainable.

The BTS team have been a God send to our family. They are kind and respectful of property and our pets. The communication has been wonderful. It is money well spent to have this weight lifted off of us.
