Since moving in while the development was still under construction, I can say that there have been constant improvements. Having on-site management has made all the difference in the world.
Dog friendly with a dog park. There's a small pool on the patio deck. The gym is well maintained with cardio and free weights . Neighbors are friendly. The place does have some quirkiness, I think because it was under construction during COVID. A one star deduction due to the lack of visitor parking (I don't want my guests to have to walk downtown after dark)

Brookview Commons Replied: The downtown location is very walkable and close to shopping and entertainment. It is a highly social environment and there are two municipal parking facilities within easy walking distance for overnight guests and there are short term spaces on site to accommodate most daily traffic in and out.
