Prompt services .. Roseanne was great who walked me through the apartment . Amenities are good.. parking is a problem .. it’s far n small not good for a compact car . And I have been provided with a parking far from the apartment .. upon asking I was told I can’t be provided with a parking nearby .. no visitors parking

Love our balcony view of the city and dog park. Our resident coordinator Khush makes apartments experiences like free donut day and breakfast sandwiches pretty awesome!

Great place to stay with very responsive management. I’ve only been here for a few weeks but I love it so far.

Have been helping my son find an apartment in Danbury. When our realtor found 33 Crosby Street it met all of his needs for location and affordability. The staff at BRT has been very helpful getting his paperwork done and getting him into the apartment within a week of seeing it. They have answered all of our questions promptly and made the process very easy.

Since moving in while the development was still under construction, I can say that there have been constant improvements. Having on-site management has made all the difference in the world.
Dog friendly with a dog park. There's a small pool on the patio deck. The gym is well maintained with cardio and free weights . Neighbors are friendly. The place does have some quirkiness, I think because it was under construction during COVID. A one star deduction due to the lack of visitor parking (I don't want my guests to have to walk downtown after dark)

The apartments are fantastic - new appliances, great flooring/lighting, modern layout and tall ceilings! The management is responsive and compassionate, and maintenance is really friendly.

I got to move in with my dog and there's a dog park and wash on site. I don't use the gym that much but it's spacious inside and has a lot of machines. The view from the rooftop is pretty cool!

Rent is fair, in my opinion, based on amenities available.
