I was not supposed to have cleaning today. She was a week early. Like I said on the phone, nobody contacted me to let me know she was coming. I received this email so you obviously have the correct mailing address. She also came at 2:00 pm which is later than scheduled. This happens every month to me.

I don’t like not knowing when your ladies will come. It’s supposed to be once a month or every 4 weeks on Thursday at 12:00 or 1:00 pm. I would appreciate knowing when and what time each month, and not on the day of the appointment. This can’t be that difficult to schedule

I’m assuming the next cleaning date will be June 12 at 1:00 pm? Please confirm this date and time.

Bright & Sparkly is an excellent cleaning service. Besides being so efficient, they partner with Cleaning for a Reason, a national nonprofit organization that provides free cleaning services to individuals undergoing cancer treatment. Sabella cleaned our home today and she did an excellent job. Everyone working for the organization is so conscientious and kind. I highly recommend them.

I found this company through social media, and they were a Godsend. My husband has been in the hospital, and I've been overwhelmed and the house hasn't had as much attention as it should. (It's been a mess 🥴.) I needed help cleaning before my husband came home, and they were awesome. They totally understood the urgency for me, and they were so good about scheduling, going out of their way to send someone out ASAP.

They asked if I had a preference of male or female, and I am so glad that I said "no", because they sent the BEST cleaner! Kevin was so polite, super hardworking, and my house looks so much better. It's such a relief to have gotten the help, and I will definitely request Kevin again! It's also really nice to finally have found a company that is responsive and went out of their way to make this happen. Everyone has been wonderful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
