Brian and team sold my house in 2005. I had a two family home in Melrose. I also purchased a home in Florida. My plans were to keep both homes and travel back and forth. With a heavy work load and several storms that caused tenants to call for help I decided to sell the home in Melrose. I contacted Brian and asked if I could sell my house through his company even though I'd be 1,500 miles away. Brian laid down the ground work. He held frequent Open Houses. The house wasn't selling after a month or so. Brian made a suggestion to add some bushes and put carpet down. After I added some cosmetics and brought the price to something that was comparable to recent sales the house sold. Brian was amazing.
