Chris Lam was awesome. As first-time home buyers we were absolutely clueless and he educated us on the process throughout our search and close. He's extremely personable and didn't try to upsell us on properties...he listened to our wants/needs and worked within our pre-approval limit. He also connected us with the right folks (legal team, loan officer, inspector, etc.) along the way and was ready to answer our litany of questions at all hours. Great experience. If I win the lottery and start my search for a home on the north shore I'll certainly work with him again.

Chris Lam was especially helpful in advising on increasing the bid by a certain amount to make sure I had the house in a competitive market. He is very patient and industrious about finding new listings, and being laid back, does not pressure you to make any quick decisions.
