Brain Balance Center of Chesterfield

Our experience with Brain Balance was very eye opening. We’re not experts by any means, but we can confidently say that many kids experiencing difficulties in learning and development just need a little help. Brain Balance takes the emotion out of parenting decisions and applies a scientifically proven method to provide that help. We’ve seen exceptional results with our son and we’re grateful we found the program when we did. We will always recommend this Brain Balance as a means to discovering the unlimited potential within your child!

Brain Balance has definitely changed all of our lives but especially my 6 year old. She was struggling with her attention in school and sadly wasn't retaining the information being taught to her with her math and reading when she started kindergarten. When they did, they're evaluations in January. Her teacher told me that she may not pass kindergarten because she is not meeting grade level expectations. I started brain balance at the beginning of April and by May when they did the standardized testing again she was at grade level expectations for her reading and for her math! Definitely not a coincidence. Thank you so much to our coach Miss Anna with all her help along the way!! 🩷 Everyone at this facility is amazing!!

It can be hard to get so much support and progress, when you have a child who learns differently than others expect; but BBC offers exactly that. We're grateful we found a gentle and effective appoach that decreased stress and struggles in everyday life.

Our Brain Balance experience was top notch!!!! The coaches & staff were so friendly & helpful. All of our questions were answered quickly & the entire process was explained in an easy to understand way. We looked forward to our weekly meetings with our coach for encouragement & support. I feel like we grew closer as a family while participating in Brain Balance. Our boys have made so much progress and this experience will positively impact the rest of their lives!

We found Brain Balance after moving to a different state and it has been truly life changing for our 5 year old daughter and our family! We went from trying to stabilize her sensory environment on a daily sometimes hourly basis to seeing her flourish with a new found confidence on how to approach new situations and new sensory events. She has a new found confidence in herself as she tries new foods, new outfits and new situations. A once fearful little girl now demonstrates a desire to learn and grow outside her comfort zone and that is truly a blessing to us! Highly recommend Brain Balance for learners of all ages. This program is amazing! My child was 10 and in the 4th grade with a 1st grade reading level. She loved to read and loved School but she struggled with anxiety and she had difficulties reading. So we went into Brain Balance with open mind and open heart‘s and came out shining! My daughter went into the fifth grade with a third grade reading level and can focus better and her anxiety is lower. We are so thankful for the help our son received through Brain Balance. Meds and therapy weren’t working and he was struggling with social interactions and school. After going through the program our son is thriving!!!! He’s on honor roll, has made great friends and is a very happy and well adjusted child. I would highly recommend Brain Balance of Chesterfield! My daughter has successfully completed the program and is now a straight A student! Not only did she grow academically but her self confidence and socialization changed dramatically. She struggled with concentration and therefore her grades suffered and her teachers were unable to help her. Brain Balance and their excellent coaches were able to guide her through strengthening her weaknesses and changed her life! We have been to Brain Balance for 9 months. When we came, my 6 year old son was disengaged, had severe anxiety, and had so much trouble with change and transitioning. Today, he is a different kid. He has friends, loves learning, and transitions like any 6 year old. Being here made him his best self. I cannot say enough amazing things about the Brain Balance program or this center. Matthew has improved so much since going to Brain Balance. He would never play with kids he didn’t know and now he is initiating to play with them.
And recently a tragedy struck and Matthew took the initiative to help the other children and to distract them by letting them play on his phone to watch cartoons and such. I am so proud of my son. He is doing great!

For anyone doubting if Brain Balance works, let me tell you, it does! My daughter struggled so much with grades, confidence and dealing with her emotions. She just finished the program and we have seen a complete 180! Last year her school tested her for special education. She was close but not enough to qualify for the program. This year, we just received a letter from her school naming her an Honor Student! She has confidence, friends and school seems so much easier. And easier for me because I don’t have to help with Common Core math which I know nothing about!

As a result our family is able to enjoy family time again. Her mood swings decreased substantially. She became more aware of healthy foods and became stronger.

Our experience has been very good. The staff are always so positive and encouraging the children.

Every since my children been going to Brain Balance I have seen a change in their behavior. They are able to sit still for a longer time and follow at least two instruction at a time. Even though they still have a lot of progress to overcome they seem to be on a better track then before.

We have seen so many positive changes in our son.

Liam is 10 and has been coming here for 6 weeks. Recently we worked with him on learning to tie his shoes over our vacation. By the end of our trip, he had learned to tie his shoes! His school has been trying to teach him for over a year and after Brain Balance, he did it in ONE WEEK.

Also, at dinner this week, he was able to cut his own meat for the first time. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but for a child with Autism, it is. We are so proud of all that Liam is accomplishing.

This program is tough but it definitely works. All the employees are great and know us by name. I definitely recommend checking Brain Balance out if you have a child in need of help.
