BlueLine Disaster Solutions, Inc

I don’t even know where to start. I had an emergency that required assistance and luckily I was pointed to this company. My sump pump failed, and my basement had a full low level coat of water all over. I felt so overwhelmed and unsure what to do, but I called and I was greeted by Emily, who immediately was on the case for me; contacting her project manager Tony, and within minutes, I received a call back from him, and he was willing to come out and evaluate the situation immediately between jobs.

As soon as he arrived, with his other employee Hannah, I was greeted warmly, and had so much reassurance that everything would be alright; given the circumstances, I can’t even describe how much that meant to me, as I’ve never dealt with something like this beforehand.

They came down, and within an hour were able to give me a helping hand, of removing a tremendous amount of damaged items, in bags, cut up all the carpet, and moved all the pieces in bags straight out, and in a way that really didn’t make any more of a mess.

I have never seen two individuals work so hard, and in such an efficient and calm manner while dealing with something like this. Tony, was like the orchestrator of getting everything done, and Hannah, alone had the strength of 100 people. It was absolutely incredible. They were the friendliest, most capable, and most down to earth people I’ve met in a long time, on top of the fact that what they did would’ve easily taken me an extreme amount of time to do myself. They were knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions and gave me good advice.

I literally don’t know what else to say, except that, if you are ever in a situation that requires assistance for anything like this, I would only recommend BlueLine; I’ve told everyone I can, and I just can’t believe what they could do, and how great they were. Thank you, and really that’s not even enough. I really don’t know what I would’ve done without them. They made my disaster manageable, and gave me hope, that despite everything, sometimes you just need a reliable helping hand and they are that hand I would always reach for.
