In the unfortunate event of a fire or flood, BlueLine Disaster Solutions is the only name that does, or should come to mind. They are incredibly responsive, and they will not finish the job at your home or office until you are 100% satisfied. We have been their chosen supplier of storage solutions for more than a decade now, and it is an enormous source of pride. James has a company to brag about, and he was wise to have Emily and Tony on his payroll!

Ice dams suck. James and his team at BlueLine worked quickly and efficiently to repair the damage to the addition in our home. I am very satisfied with the work BlueLine did - but it was the excellent customer service they provided that compelled me to write this review. You often hear horror stories about dealing with home repairs (especially emergency repairs) and contractors - delays, cost overruns, lack of communication. I did not experience any of these things with BlueLine. Extremely professional service with experienced worker and great subs.

I have used BlueLine for two, very different situations: removing mold in my attic and responding to emergency leaks in my living room, resulting from an ice dam.
I appreciated the prompt response, when I called late at night and I received a return call shortly after speaking—in person—to the BlueLine emergency contact. Tony and his team were out the next morning, setting up a creative way to protect the room from further damage. Tear out was also handled smoothly, and the space was left clear and clean.

Top customer service. All my questions were answered. Project Manager Tony took care of all issues. Also reasonable price compared to other companies. I recommend them for any cleanup issues.

Five Stars !!! On a scale of 1 - 10, 11. From unsatisfied to satisfied, I would say without a doubt, extremely, unquestionably, satisfied.
This company shows support and compassion and gives you a knowledgeable solution to your problem. I called late on a Friday afternoon and Emily from the office had me connected within minutes to Tony, the manager. Even with their workday ending soon, they still came out and evaluated our flooding and went to work. In a matter of days, a team of four hard working people, Chris, Hannah, Cam and Steve cleaned out our basement of the water and all the junk we accumulated over the years. It looks like new again.

Blueline was there for me when an inspection on the house I am selling noticed mold in my attic. Emily is an absolute pleasure and is very reassuring and helpful from my first call. Due to time constraints Blueline was able to come out for a site visit within a couple of days. They also are my heroes for coming to the house to do the mold removal while I was out of town. Everyone from Emily (who deserves a raise and extra paid vacation), Tony and James we're able to meet and exceed my expectations. Being able to manage this request via phone and email simplified my life immensely. Call backs were immediate when I had questions. And was kept informed throughout the process. Thank You Blueline for giving me a healthy home and allowing me to be assured that the new owner will have a healthy home too.

They are the best. i had them take a look at some mold areas in my attic. Tony was very helpful, gave advice, checked my attic thoroughly for mold, took pictures, was very honest and helpful and knowledgeable. They did a free estimate and assessed the situation. Tony has been in the business at least 30 years. His staff is excellent and pleasant and helpful.

Highly recommended! James came by to assess some concerns in our home. He spent about an hour checking over everything and advising us on how we could remediate the issues ourselves. He seemed genuinely concerned with helping us rather than selling us services we didn't need. Sarah in the office was also very responsive, helpful, friendly, and warm. Wonderful people!
