10-20-23 Update:
Blue Line has just completed all repairs after our flooding experience. The repairs were of the same high quality and efficiency as the flooding mitigation. Repairs went beyond our expectations and we strongly recommend Blue Line.

Excellent, very professional

Great experience, polite and courteous staff and workers, good communication throughout. We had asbestos that needed to be removed from our duct work and the guys (Chris and Lee) did a terrific job. Would recommend or use them again for sure.

It’s pretty upsetting to get home from a day at work to discover your home flooded, with water pouring through the kitchen ceiling. Did I cry? Yes. Then I picked up the phone and called Jamie at BlueLine - and I’m so glad I did.

Jamie and his team (shout out to Amber) arrived quickly, even though it was late and few days before Christmas, and immediately went to work. From that point on, I knew I was in good hands. They kept me informed, they were professional and considerate, and did a great job finding all the places that the water had gotten to.

I highly recommend them to anyone who has an emergency like this.

They worked fast got the job done but communication was not good toward the end. When you call in for questions you barely get a call back. I did have an issue with a plumber the hired for me but they fixed it.

This team is incredible! They showed up quickly, they were very professional, empathized with my situation and got to work. They handled everything, from pumping water out of the basement, removal of damaged items, insurance claim handling and repairs. I had two situations happen within two weeks and they were there to help every step of the way! I wouldn’t go with anyone else. Nobody wants a situation to happen to them, but if it does, Blue Line Disaster Solution is the only company you want!

Our disaster was turned into a manageable experience by this company.A frozen pipe caused our on demand hot water heater to burst and run while we were out of town for over a month. I called them late on a Sunday afternoon and the owner was at the house first thing Monday morning to assess everything. The workers were all polite and professional. The demolition and drying process took a couple of weeks due to the extent of the damage. When they were done, everything was left as tidy and clean as the situation allowed. We would definitely recommend this company.
