I had a sump pump failure in a finished basement just before a holiday weekend. Tony and Hannah worked diligently to make sure mold was not going to be an issue. They loved on my dogs, had great work ethic and a sense of humor! The pictures they took and the equipment they used really assured me that my basement and home was safe for myself and my family. The office staff was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I could not be happier with the service that BlueLine provided. While I hope I never have to deal with this again they will be my first call if I do!! Thank you BlueLine.

A flood can be catastrophic, devastating and exhausting; both physically and mentally. Upon my arrival at work one morning, I discovered that a water supply line had broken in my building and my business was flooded. After hurriedly shutting down the water supply, I was left standing in an inch of water, surveying the damage and taking in my own personal disaster. I quickly called Blue Line. I was connected to their emergency response line and spoke to a very kind, reassuring woman. Within 15 MINUTES, the Blue Line team was at my door. They took right over and got to work. Within three days, my building was dry and we could begin to rebuild. An incredible company to deal with from start to finish. I hope nobody ever needs their services; but when and if you do, you will not be disappointed by Blue Line!

My sump pump failed, and my basement had a full low level coat of water all over. I felt so overwhelmed and unsure what to do, but I called and I was greeted by Emily, who immediately was on the case for me; contacting her project manager Tony, and within minutes, I received a call back from him, and he was willing to come out and evaluate the situation immediately between jobs.

As soon as he arrived, with his other employee Hannah, I was greeted warmly, and had so much reassurance that everything would be alright; given the circumstances, I can’t even describe how much that meant to me, as I’ve never dealt with something like this beforehand.

Ice dams suck. James and his team at BlueLine worked quickly and efficiently to repair the damage to the addition in our home.
