Bluefrog was the second plumber I called in for a badly clogged kitchen sink. After 2 hours of trying to unclog, the first plumber told me that the line was probably broken and he needed to run a camera line in to determine where the break was - $$$$. I called bluefrog for a second opinion and their plumber had it cleared and draining perfectly in short order using a water pressure machine for a fraction of the previous estimate! During the freezing weather in early March 2021 we lost electricity for 3 days. We turned off water to the house. Once power was restored we waited another 3 days to turn the water back on because we continued to have frigid weather each night. Once we turned the water back on we didn’t have any problems. One day later I went to wash a load of clothes and water came out from behind the washer. Through our neighborhood paper we found an ad for Bluefrog Plumbing. Ricardo Teran was the technician that came. He was very knowledgeable and from what he could see did not think (but couldn’t guarantee) that we had a pipe issue unless he removed the Sheetrock to check pipes. He gave us an estimate and let us know they did not do Sheetrock work to repair.
