We found late one recent evening that we needed a blockage removed from our main line, and quickly. Of the three companies we called, bluefrog called us back immediately, and could have someone out to us early the next morning. They were faster and more attentive than the others we called. I received a very large water bill and wanted my house checked for leaks right away. I found Bluefrog Plumbing on Thumtack and they were able to send someone out that afternoon. Brett was very professional and knew the plumbing business. He checked and found one leak and some additional issues. I was able to schedule an appointment and a plumber showed up about an hour or so later. Brett assessed the situation. Brett was able to replace the old water heater that afternoon. They are professionals , came out to my property , listened to me discus the problem . They gave me a fair bid for the job at hand. Their employees come on the date that was appointed and did their best to complete the job, they returned when the weather permitted to back fill the work site.
