We have recently purchased a home built by Black Rock Homes in Warm Springs Village. We loved the layout, quality of construction and location, but were not expecting the the attention to detail when it came to the walkthrough and willingness to repair even the smallest of issues. Clint’s attention to detail was amazing, arranging touch ups on “issues” that we could barely see and probably never would have seen. After a few months, as is normal in a new home, we found a few other issues as well as a few developed due to weather and some natural settling. Within days of contacting them, they sent someone over to take care of it.
All of this has been done professionally and without the slightest hint that it has been any trouble at all. In fact, they seem happy to help. It has truly been a delightful experience and confirmed we made the right decision with our purchase. Read more >

Blackrock Homes builds a top quality home and was flexible around my close date since I was coordinating an out of state sale of my current home and move. Their superintendent met with me and explained all features and maintenance needs- where I learned things I never knew before (even though I’ve owned 4 other new construction homes). During my walk thru I didn’t notice one single item that they had missed in their quality control, their attention to detail and quality met my expectations which are very high!

We came in the front door and immediately felt comfortable in the wide open floor plan. Although the main part of the house is is spacious, there are plenty of rooms with doors: bedroomss and/or offices, laundry room, etc. Thoughtful planning is apparent in the wide doorways, lever door handles, and traffic flow. Storage is everywhere and high ceilings bode well for this being our home for a very long time!

I should note that we haven just started to move in so still have much to discover about the house. The work appears high quality and we have the company's warranty that any issues we may discover will be dealt with. The purchase went smoothly and Blackrock made some accommodations for us which we continue to appreciate!

We just bought a home in Barber Junction and love our new home. The floorplan makes great use of the space and we love all the finishes. Upon closing, we were able to do a home orientation with our super, Clint. He was so informative and took the time to ensure we understood the ins and outs of our new home. We love our new townhome at Verado Subdivision in Meridian. In the past, we have owned several new homes. All of them had warranty issues, but our Verado home has had no problems. We especially like the turnkey features like fencing, sod, sprinklers, and basic landscaping. The lawn maintenance is a plus and the group mailboxes keep the sidewalks clutter free . We can come and go without worrying about yard work or mail disappearing from a personal mailbox. Dollar for dollar, the Blackrock Homes are a great value for the quality workmanship.
