I called them out to deep clean our fire station tile and carpets. They came out and gave me a quote and came back the next day and got everything done. We called Diamond for a move in Carpet cleaning and got a response and appointment right away. Nolan was very polite and professional. The service was great I was able to get a next day appointment and a reasonable price. I highly recommend Diamond for all you Carpet and cleaning needs. I also learned they do HouseKeeping which was also very convenient.

Nolan of Black Diamond scheduled my last minute appointment with no problem two days before Christmas. Who does that? Josh my Service Tech went above and beyond best customer service. He was informative, space conscious, knowledgeable, pet aware, and friendly. Price. Reasonable. I will definitely have them back for more jobs. My carpets look amazing. Sorry for no before and after. Just saying my over 20 yr old carpets look great.
