Nolan was very knowledgeable and thorough about the carpet cleaning he did for us the other day. He took his time, explained the process and the products he used, asked us about our concerns, and then talked about what he did when he completed the service. Overall, great service! We are very happy with the results! Also, very positive and friendly interaction for booking the appointment and asking questions on the phone to start off, I really appreciate that! We will definitely recommend Black Diamond Services to others, and use in the future!
