Black Diamond was extrememly professional and the work was better than I expected! My carpets were a mess (teenagers and COVID homeschooling) and he performed a miricle by getting the stains out! He explained the process and what he was using and why! Very knowledgeable and made sure I knew what the process was as well! I really liked that!

Black Diamond is superior at cleaning carpets. It had been SEVERAL years since we cleaned our cream colored wall-to-wall carpets. I didn’t believe they could be restored. Lo and behold! Black Diamond to the rescue! Carpets were
restored. I couldn’t believe it. We also had some pet accidents with our cat and they treated those as well. Odors gone. Staining gone. The crew is very friendly too.

They are good at what they do, both Noah and Adam did a great job, being honest not overpromising was tremendously helpful! I was pleasantly surprised at the final outcome!

I found Black Diamond online and was impressed with the reviews, so I thought I would give them a try! I needed carpets cleaned and they were able to fit me in the next day. I found out they also clean houses, so I scheduled that as well! The carpets looked amazing and the whole house got a good wipe-down. I was very happy with the end-result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again myself!

Scheduled appointment was pushed back due unavoidable circumstances on their end. But arrived when promised and was sent plenty of updates along the way. Professional and courteous along with great service. Carpets look and smell great. Even though the work took them into the early evening, it was done 100% correct. Will use them again without hesitation.
