I called Black Diamond Services on short notice to clean my carpets for a post Celebration of Life gathering at our home. I called on a Monday and they were able to come as soon as Wednesday. I got a ballpark estimate over the phone, and when the technician arrived, his estimate was just a few dollars off! Adam was very polite and professional and explained the process he would be using to clean our carpet, area rug and recliner. He worked quickly and efficiently and our 25 year old carpet looks really good and clean. It’s the first time we had our carpets professionally cleaned because we’ve always cleaned them ourselves. It took a good 8 hours to completely dry in the winter, but we were fine with that. I was happy with the service and the price and I would gladly call them again in the future.
