Amazing company! Great price, amazing customer service.

I rested a scooter for my elderly mom while in Disney for 9 days. Prior to booking I called multiple times asking questions about the product, assembly etc.
Natalie usually answered my calls and she was patient and extremely nice.

On day 7 of our Disney trip while, in Epcot,our scooter malfunctioned as the battery connection got loose. This could have been an absolute nightmare lugging my small children around and elderly mother in 100+ heat HOWEVER with a quick call to Big Orange Mobility, they were so amazing that with-in 1 hour I had a brand new scooter delivered to the EPCOT front gate!! Such a great company! Also regarding price, they were phenomenal. Disney charges $75 per day for a old slow, 4 wheel model but Big Orange was only $28/per day for super fast, higher end model . Thanks for making our trip easy and memorable Big Orange 🍊
