Easy from start to finish and would definitely recommend and use again myself. Had never had a scooter await my arrival so didn’t know how that would work but no issues at all, there at my hotel when I arrived and just all around so easy to use. Great company to do business with!

Big Orange Mobility, Inc. Replied: Thanks, Linda! We're delighted you had such a seamless experience with us and appreciate your recommendation—looking forward to serving you again!
