Big Orange Mobility, Inc.

My wife and I were planning our visit to Disney World with our son and grandsons. My wife who lost 30% of her lung capacity because of covid was concerened about her ability to keep up with everyone. We decided the best way was to rent a mobility scooter. I went on line and found Big Orange Mobility. We were staying at Westgate Town Center and Big Orange was close by. We went there and were greeted very well. We talked about prices, models and availability. After a short discussion we decided on the model and length of rental, 7 days. The price was VERY affordable and they offered free delivery and pick up. The scooter fit perfectly in the rented Pacifica and without it my wife could not have lasted the 2 days at DW. She seriously considered not going if she was going to walk. She is sooooo thankful she had use of it and the fun time we had with our family at DW. Last point, the delivery went very smoothly with prompt drop-off and pick up both on time. We will definitely use Big Orange again on our yearly visit to Florida.
