Start to finish this was incredibly easy to book, affordable and extremely convenient. I got a quote and booked online a couple months in advance. They dropped the scooter off, right on schedule, not only to the hotel in general but to my hotel room door. I used the scooter for the Disney parks and it was the biggest helps I didn’t realize I needed. Scooter had a couple of scuffs but otherwise was in very good shape and worked like a charm. I opted for the titan 4 wheel with basket, it had a long battery life (I got about 10 hours every day out of it and still seemed fully charged). I liked that it had a speed dial so I could adjust the pace as needed in the parks and the turning radius was quite impressive. It helped allow me to experience the parks in an enjoyable way for me. I have mobility limitations and was worried about how trying to walk through all the parks would be, with the help of big orange mobility my worries were put at ease! The price was nearly half that of Disney directly and is a guaranteed reservation. I will gladly use this company again for my future trips. The staff was lovely and accommodating, and the process in its entirety was smoother than I ever expected. Highly recommend!
